Immerse yourself in the magic of Breton folklore
Le Kergariou also invites you into the world of tales and legends.
Merlin greets you as you enter the campsite, and guides you through his stories of Arthurian legends and other fairytale worlds. Every nook and cranny of the campsite becomes a living stage where tales take shape, peopled by fairies, knights, dragons and prankster korrigans.
This family activity takes the form of a storytelling stroll, in small groups, at dusk or in the undergrowth of the estate. Children can take an active part in the story, while older children enjoy the atmosphere of tales handed down from generation to generation. It’s a gentle immersion, both playful and cultural, where you discover the richness of Breton oral heritage.
It’s a stroll under the watchful eye of a host of characters: the Captain of Kergariou, the fairy Caélia, and a mischievous korrigan who pops up unexpectedly. They’re all there to make young and old alike dream.
Let your imagination carry you away, to the rhythm of voices, costumes and evening light. A unique moment to reconnect with childhood and share a poetic experience with the whole family.
